Bowdoin College, he began a career in marketing
and advertising at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management. Carter has led many large and small businesses in strategic marketing, brand building, organizational consulting and advertising

As a result of his work in rebranding and growing the Brach’s fruit snack business from less than $10
million in sales to over $50 million in just three years, Carter was named by "Advertising Age" as one of
their "Top 100 Marketers of the Year.” He has helped many other companies and non-profit organizations
by developing marketing that works and ideas that
grow.

Carter is an active member of GracePoint Community Church in Andover, where he volunteers in children’s ministry. Carter coaches his boys’ baseball, soccer
and basketball teams and is involved in Cub Scouts.

Tracey Welch
Vice President & Account Director

Tracey is primarily responsible for project management at The Fig Tree Group, drawing upon her experience as a Price Waterhouse Management Consultant.  Additionally, she is involved in website development, social media marketing and video editing. 

She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and joined Price Waterhouse upon graduation.  She was involved with a multitude of clients from various industries on projects that ranged from strategic systems design to systems implementations. 

Tracey is mother to 3 boys and is involved at their schools and at her church, GracePoint Community Church, in Andover.


Tim Webb
Art Director

Tim is primarily responsible for overseeing the development of graphics, websites and video production and ensuring that our designs, regardless of the media, consistently communicate our clients’ marketing strategy. 

He attended the University of New Hampshire and has worked in the printing, graphic design, website and video production fields for many different clients.

Tim is also an accomplished bass player, having performed and recorded with numerous artists all over the northeast, in styles ranging from free jazz to folk. When Tim is not behind a computer or a bass, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
