Brand Makeover for HealthCare Provider, Initiated by In-depth Customer Research
Pentucket Medical was in the process of making substantial changes to improve the overall patient experience, and they needed a website, logo, and re-branding support to help accomplish this. The multi-specialty group practice with several offices was undergoing significant changes behind the leadership of their new executive director.
Carter Welch and Tim Webb, in collaboration with New Media Associates, helped Pentucket Medical transform its image through the design of an innovative website incorporating video messages and useful, interesting information about its physicians. The work began with a series of focus groups led by Carter that resulted in a repositioning of the brand to better reflect the goals and desires of patients. In addition to the logo and website, Carter and Tim helped Pentucket in a wide range of strategic and design work.
